Open Discussion → submitting and viewing tickets
either i am a bit dim or the format and process of submitting tickets is confusing. I tried to submit a ticket today and wanted to attach a couple of files. However when I attached the 1st file, and clicked submit the next page displayed the file attachment. At this point it wasn't clear if my ticket had been submitted. I therefore went back and attached the 2nd file, but when I clicked on submit, i saw my file displayed but also noticed that the ticket number had changed. It would be useful if a message was displayed confirming ticket had been submitted.
Finally as i wasn't sure if the ticket had been submitted, I clicked on view tickets but the next page showed nothing.
can someone shed some light on this matter.
