Bleeding Edge - Source Code → POPFile 1.1.1 RC2 now available
The next release (1.1.1) will include several improvements.
A new release candidate (RC2) is now available for testing in a cross platform version, a Windows version and a Mac OS X version.
RC2 includes some performance improvements when large databases are used.
The Windows version includes an updated minimal Perl and some new programs built using the latest PDK. It is possible that some features may not work properly on Windows 9x, Millennium or NT because the system requirements for Perl and the PDK now say "Windows 2000 or later".

Hi,
I've finally built the first public version of an rpm package for POPFile (v1.1.1 RC2):
http://getpopfile.org/downloads/popfile-1.1.1-0.2.rc2.noarch.rpm
The source rpm (SRPM) is also available here:
http://getpopfile.org/downloads/popfile-1.1.1-0.2.rc2.src.rpm
These files are built and tested on Fedora 10.
The rpm file is signed using GnuPG. You can get my public key from here:

You can see more information about the package here:

There have been a few code changes since RC2 so there will be an RC3 soon. The full release should follow after that... perhaps at the weekend?
