When transferring an old installation do not use the 'Program Files' folder

Vista and Windows 7 enforce stricter control over access to the Program Files folder than earlier versions of Windows. This means Windows users should not try to store the POPFile User Data in the Program Files folder when migrating to Vista or Windows 7.

Unfortunately the wiki currently does not make this clear. See, for example, Backup, Restoration, and transferring POPFile settings

Vista and Windows 7 users are encouraged by Microsoft to use standard accounts and even administrator accounts will get UAC (User Access Control) prompts. (There is also the added complication of VirtualStore folders to take into account.)

The wiki needs to discuss this problem and offer some solutions.

Perhaps there should be a separate page covering just Windows systems?
