When uninstalling there is no point in asking which parser should be installed

When uninstalling POPFile the user should not be asked to select one of the three Nihongo parsers

Oops! That should not happen! I'll need to test that on my system (looks like I forgot to test that part of the uninstaller)

Problem confirmed. Need to add an "uninstall" test to another INCLUDE file. Easy to fix.
