POPFile PFI Diagnostic Utility v0.1.14 (full mode) does not report newer versions of Windows properly. For example when it is run on a Windows 7 (64-bit) system it reports: 

Windows version   =  
IsNT return code  = 1

Probably only need to upgrade the NSIS plugin it uses?

Upgrading from GetVersion v0.9 to v1.1 allows the utility to detect Windows 7 (see changeset:3656 for changes and sample lines from the report)

v1.5 of the GetVersion plugin has been used for POPFile 1.1.2 RC1 so this ticket can now be closed.
