"Change" button does not alter popfile.cfg

When the "Change" button in the "Add/Remove Programs" list is used to install a different Nihongo parser the user has to manually change the bayes_nihongo_parser setting in the configuration file to actually use the new parser. It would be nice if this change could be done automatically. If that cannot be done, then at least display a message telling the user that this setting needs to be changed otherwise POPFile might not behave as the user expects.

The case where the user has admin rights should be relatively straightforward to fix.
