After using the "Change" button, need prompt to re-start POPFile

Description
When the "Change" button is used to modify an existing installation POPFile is shutdown. After the changes have been made a message should appear reminding the user that POPFile needs to be started again.

This is something I'd forgotten about as I was more interested in installing the extra files. The installer displays a page offering to start POPFile - perhaps a similar page could be shown after the "Change" button has been used to modify POPFile?
