When POPFile 1.1.2 is shut down the "Can't write to the configuration file" message always gets added to the log file: 

2011/8/21 23:38:01 4352: config: 594: Can't write to the configuration file c:\temp\112-real\basic\user/popfile.cfg
2011/8/21 23:38:01 4352: POPFile stopped
2011/8/21 23:38:01 4352: ---------------

Found in the Windows version when shutting down via the UI or via the system tray icon.
