Popfile not delivering emails from ISP to email client?

Description
My ISP is TalkTalk and email client is Outlook 2010.
I have noticed that when I click 'send/receive', I keep getting a dialogue window asking me to confirm login details for my email account. I then see an error message in the 'send/receive window - 'server has rejected login details.'
Pls find attached screen shots of this issue.
Is this an issue with your server or my ISP server?
