Description
In the install location selection page, the installer says 'Click Next to continue.', but the button is 'Install' or 'Upgrade'.

It seems that I forgot to "accept" this ticket!
The easiest way to fix this bug is to stop overriding the default text on the "Next" button.
Originally this button started the install process but the current page order in the installer means the installation now happens later on. Removing the "Install" or "Upgrade" text from the "Next" button on the install location page will not make the installer less user-friendly.

The installer for the 1.0.1 release will no longer change the label on the DIRECTORY page's "Next" button to "Install" or "Upgrade" (the button will always be labelled as "Next").
The "Setup Summary" page (which follows the DIRECTORY page) will show either an "Install" button or an "Upgrade" button, as appropriate.

The 1.0.1 installer always uses "Next" (in the appropriate language) on the DIRECTORY selection page. Therefore the button now matches the description given in the text on DIRECTORY selection page.
