Description
Make the current SSL patch system more generic and enhance it to support the application of patches to any file in an existing POPFile installation. This new feature should be accessible from the main installer (setup.exe) and from POPFile's "Add/Remove Programs" entry.
The new feature should also allow the creation of a new file, in addition to updating an existing file.
