Fixed in the setup-test-2.exe installer.

See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
This problem has already been found and will be corrected in the setup-test-2.exe installer. As reported in the Source Code forum, setup-test-1.exe is about 48% bigger than the 0.22.5 installer but setup-test-2.exe is expected to only be about 27% bigger than 0.22.5. This size reduction is entirely due to not re-installing the Perl packages common to all three parsers.
