 +When you access the POPFile user interface from the trayicon or from the start menu it should open in your default browser.  If it doesn't there is a problem with your default browser setting.  You should try the //Set Program Access and Defaults// to reset your default browser setting.  That doesn't always work though but there are other options.  A free utility called [[http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/freeware/gui/| SetBrowser]] has been reported to do a good job of fixing up anything that gets left undone when you changed default browsers using the mechanisms provided by any of IE/Netscape-Mozilla/Opera.
