DBD:SQLite は Cygwin で動きません

クロスプラットホーム版の POPFile v0.21.1 は cygwin 環境ではうまく動きません。これは、DBD::SQLite パッケージのバグのためです。 これは、通常の CPAN インストレーションシステムを使ってcygwin 環境でビルドされた場合に、UNIX 形式のファイルパスを認識しないというものです。バグは DBD:SQLite モジュールに登録され、 ここから確認可能です(英語)。
